If you receive a request regarding a recent notification that your Direct Access roles have been removed, please note that Synergy ran limited access scripts that triggered the Recertification engine to remove roles for some Direct Access users. The contractors are working diligently to rectify the issue prior to the end of the limited availability period. Once direct access is back online 3 January 2024, please verify your roles are correct in DA appropriately before submitting a new request to reinstate your roles. Please do not submit tickets until that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
