Traveler/Arranger Basic
This class is for users who create travel documents for others. If conducting a series of classes for arrangers, this should be the first class.
Covers the same material as identified in the Federal Travel Basic course from the perspective of the travel arranger. - Covers the basic tasks for travelers, including but not limited to: Configuration tasks (user profile); Travel planning (authorizations and reservations); Reimbursement (vouchers); Local travel; Introduction to knowledge portal; and Requesting travel advances (if applicable to the agency)

Traveler/Arranger Advanced
This class is for users who create their own travel documents. It works best if the user has completed the Traveler Basic class.
Covers additional traveler tasks not included in the basic class, including but not limited to: Generating and using traveler reports; Open Authorizations and trips from the open authorization; Group Authorizations and trips from the group authorization; Supplemental Vouchers; Reclaim Vouchers; and Amendments to Travel Authorizations.

AO Approver
This class is for users who approve travel documents for others.
Covers the basic tasks for travel approvers, including but not limited to: Configuration tasks (user profile); Reviewing and approving travel plans (authorizations, open authorization, group authorizations if relevant for the agency); Reviewing and approving reimbursements (vouchers); Reviewing and approving local travel claims introduction to knowledge portal; and Generating and using reports.
