APFS is continually updated and informs the public of forecasted opportunities estimated to exceed $150,000, early in the planning process. Information on this site is organized in a manner to permit various data sorts, and includes point of contacts from the program office.

Standard Specifications

Standard Specifications

SFLC Standard Specifications are an explicit set of requirements for an item, material, component, system or service, formalizing the technical aspects of a procurement agreement or contract and available for public use or reference. It precisely defines the particular needs to be satisfied, or essential characteristics that SFLC ESD requires (in goods, materials, methods, processes, services, systems, or specific work) which a commercial vendor must deliver. Standard Specifications are written with emphasis on technical requirements as well as compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, and in a manner that enables both SFLC and the vendor (or an independent certifier) to measure the degree of conformance. Standard Specifications are intended to be used for all commercial purchases of defined items or services.
