Arrangements for private parties and events in the All-Hands Club can be arranged through the Club Manager at (857) 416-3035 or by email.

 

Generally speaking, MWR patrons who have unescorted access to Base Boston are welcome to use TIBS (those with a CAC card, Military Retiree ID, or Dependent ID).  For MWR patrons without unescorted access to Base Boston, we encourage you to visit us as an escorted guest OR enroll in our Base by contacting our MWR Director at Julia.A.Bell@uscg.mil to initiate the process.  Non-MWR Patrons must be escorted by someone with a CAC, Military Retiree, or Dependent (over age 18) ID card to use TIBS.
