I don't have VPN (Cisco AnyConnect) software on my Coast Guard laptop. How do I get it?

First verify that your Coast Guard laptop doesn’t have the software. To do this select the magnifying glass in the lower left hand corner of the screen and type “any” in the search box. CISCO AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client will appear, if installed. For guidance on connecting via VPN, please visit https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/Telework/.

Your Coast Guard-issued laptop needs to connect to the Coast Guard network – CGONE – in order for the software to be downloaded and installed from SCCM/Software Center. Installation instructions are available on portal at the following link: https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/c4itsc/reference/Library/Job%20Aids_Tech%20Tips/C5I_TechTip_CGVPN.pdf
