Tent Reservation

20' X 20' Tent for Ceremony/Official Use:

1)    Request use of the tent from LT Bonny Turnage via email at at least one week in advance. Any requests less than one week in advance will be denied and you will need to find other accommodations.

2)    Have a team of personnel ready to pick-up, set-up, take-down, and return the tent to the storage area as it was found. We will only provide access to the tent – using it is your responsibility.

3)    Ensure the tent is properly weighted down and anchored when in use.

4)    The tent is a part of our hurricane locker inventory and the above steps must be followed or its use will be discontinued.
