PROMOTING ACTIVITIES FOR SINGLE (AND UNACCOMPANIED) SAILORS

The P.A.S.S. Program’s mission is to enhance the morale and welfare of single Coast Guard Members, increase retention and sustain readiness. P.A.S.S. sponsors a variety of activities. MWR facilitates the P.A.S.S. Program through its three core components aimed at maintaining a balanced life: leisure and recreation, community service and quality of life.
