  • Reserve personnel performing IDT, ADT or other duty status must request approval from their supervisors prior to executing drills or training.
  • The most senior reserve personnel must notify and provide a drill duty plan to their respective command or supervisor of their drill.
  • Reserve personnel must notify their supervisors of completion of their drill prior to departing for the day.
  • Commanding Officers and/or supervisors should schedule drills to maximize training opportunities and/or to temporarily support missions or operations.
  • SECTOR San Juan Reserve Force Readiness System (RFRS) is responsible for overall reserve deployability and mobilization readiness. However, each reserve personnel is assigned to a reserve billet and must follow that specific chain of command.
