Fire and Safety Branch

Location: The Coast Guard Industrial Building

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 0700 - 1530

The Fire and Safety Division is responsible for fire prevention program at Base and ensures firefighting services and Emergency Medical Services are available. The Fire and Safety Manager serves as the Base Fire Marshal and base Safety Manager, and manages both the Base Fire Prevention Plan and Base Safety Plan. The Fire & Safety Division ensures compliance with all safety and occupational health standards and regulations for all personnel, including collocated units and alternate contingency sites.
