The Educational Services Officer provides an educational, academic, and professional development center of excellence to mirror the expertise and initiatives demonstrated by Base Detachment St. Louis training programs.  The Regional ESO supports the needs of civilian personnel, and officer/enlisted members in their educational, academic, and professional development goals across the 22 state AOR.
