Bruckenthal Fitness Center

The Bruckenthal Fitness Center features a good variety of free weights and weight machines. Cardio exercise equipment includes treadmills, spin bikes, and ellipticals. There are also stretching mats, medicine balls, and a set of plyometric boxes.

 

The Fitness Center does not have a dedicated staff so members are expected to return equipment to its proper place and use supplied gym wipes to clean up after themselves.

 

The Fitness Center is located behind the Base Clinic and adjacent to the LA County Fire Department Lifeguard Office. It is open 24 hours a day.
