Current FEHB Enrollees
If you are currently enrolled in FEHB and would like to change/drop your coverage, you accomplish this through myEPP.
First Time Enrollees
If you are enrolling in a FEHB plan for the first time, you complete a SF 2809. When the form is completed, please scan and email me the completed form or drop it off at my office.
FSAFEDS
Please enroll at www.FSAfeds.com. Each year you must reenroll in FSAFEDS for your account to continue.

If you want to change your coverage, disenroll, or enroll for the first time, www.benefeds.com is the place to accomplish all of this.
I have recently done some research on vision plans accepted in Kodiak and it appears that only VSP is accepted by our eye care providers in town. If you have questions, before you enroll, please contact your CSA.
All changes become effective the first full pay period in January.
