BASE CAPE COD - BASE ACCESS CONTROL

Individuals needing access to Base Cape Cod (all of whom need to be sponsored by a Coast Guard member) must supply the proper Base Access form prior to gaining access no later than 1200 the day before Monday through Friday.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
PASSES: MONDAY thru  FRIDAY
0700–1100 & 1200-1400
DAY PASS REQUESTS: MONDAY - FRIDAY NO LATER THAN 1200

Please download and complete the Joint Base Access Control Request Form.  Once completed click the submit button on the bottom of the form or email form or questions to D01-SMB-BCC-AccessControl@uscg.mil

It will normally take 2 or 3 work days for each Access Control request to be processed. All information provided on each request must be accurate and complete. Forms not having ALL requested information, will not be processed.

Questions concerning Access Control can be answered by calling the Security Office between 0730 and 1430 at (508) 968-6690/6370.

NON-RESIDENTS: All sales/delivery people, couriers, contractors, sub contractors, clergy, taxi must be sponsored by a Coast Guard or CG Housing member and fill out the proper paperwork to gain access.

NOTE: DRIVERS LICENSE OR PASSPORT NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL REQUESTS FOR ACCESS.

EVERYONE COMING ON BASE WHO IS 18 YEARS OLD OR OVER MUST HAVE A VALID PASS OR BE LISTED ON THE DAY PASS LIST WITH THEIR ID INFO ON THE DAY OF ACCESS.
