Kaehler Memorial Clinic Kaehler Memorial Clinic provides health care for active duty personnel only and we are the only CG outpatient treatment facility located in Southeastern New England. In addition to providing outstanding medical and dental care, we also offer on site laboratory services, physical exams, immunizations, pharmacy, physical therapy, occupational medicine, and aviation medicine.

The clinic's primary responsibility is to 32 Coast Guard commands in the Cape Cod area. We provide over 10,000 annual patient encounters and over 10% of the encounters are provided to Department of Defense, NOAA, and USPHS. This really highlights our cross-service support to all sorts of customers located here on Joint Base Cape Cod and in the surrounding area.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

Patients can now use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to gain 24/7 access to personal health information documented within MHS GENESIS. The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal includes direct appointment booking; however, at this time, the health services program is asking patients to refrain from the direct booking feature through the patient portal and, rather, call the front desk.

To access the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal visit patientportal.mhsgenesis.health.mil. Members needing to access the Patient Portal through non-CAC enabled device (e.g. a smart phone, web browser, personal computer, etc.), can do so by creating a Premium DS Logon account.
