Comptroller & Base Operations
The Comptroller & Base Operations Department is committed to providing superior support in a wide range of administrative, financial and logistical functions to Coast Guard shipmates, units and cutters within our area of responsibility. We provide budget, accounting, property management, inventory control, warehousing, shipping/receiving, freight forwarding for OUTCONUS units, mail, port services, security and food services for Base Seattle (including detachments in North Bend, Astoria, Portland, Seattle, Port Angeles, Kodiak, and Ketchikan), 15 tenant commands and the D13 staff.
The Comptroller & Base Operations Department consists of four divisions:

- Logistics Division
- Port Operations & Security Division
- Galley Operations Division
