Monday through Friday
0600 – 2200
0600-0900 and 1100-1300 the gym is reserved for all Coast Guard personnel
(including Auxiliary, Reserve, Retired, and their dependents)
ONLY.
If you would like to use the gym and are non-active duty, reserve personnel, Auxiliary, Retiree, Dependent, or Coast Guard Federal Employee, please request a gym liability waiver form from (504) 253-4795. These forms must be filled out and signed in person and verified through identification check and eligibility.

Please take notice;
Proper gym attire is required. Use equipment for its’ intended purpose. Equipment and weights should be properly stored in the gym while not in use. Maintain music or speaking at a tolerable volume. Sanitary wipes are provided to wipe down equipment following use.
Supervision is required for individuals 16 years of age or younger.
