Our facilities are open to the United States Coast Guard or United States Coast Guard Sponsored Events.

Please contact the Points of Contact for the respective rooms. In order to facilitate your needs to reserve the room, please contact the POC no later than two weeks prior to your requested time. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours regarding room status. In some cases, the Officer of the Day will need to be contacted to gain access to the room.

Specifically, for the GRFTC Room, this form must be e-mailed with the request for the room.

Supplementary event facilities that are available for use are;

The Volleyball Court (located behind the Fitness Center)
The Walking/Jogging Track (located by the Coast Guard Exchange)
Non-shaded Picnic Area (located by the Fitness Center)
