Welcome to HSWL Base NCR Clinic, Base NCR Clinic is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). The outpatient treatment facility offers primary health care services to eligible beneficiaries in the National Capital Region.

The primary responsibility of the HSWL Base NCR Clinic is to provide direct medical and dental support to all the Active Duty enrollees at the Head Quarters building and multiple outlying units.

Services included ambulatory care as well as medical evaluations, optometry, pharmacy, laboratory, nutrition and preventative medicine. We strive to meet the highest standards of health care services while insuring maximum access within the limits of our operational and budgetary resources.

Our Mission

The mission of Base National Capital Region (NCR) Clinic is to support the missions of the Coast Guard by providing quality health care services; to ensure medical readiness in our area of responsibility while maintain a highly competent workforce.


Patient Centered Wellness Home

A Patient Centered Wellness Home Model is a team of healthcare providers and support staff who deliver services for total healthcare, surrounding the patient with support to accomplish wellness goals. This healthcare model will include and coordinate the disciplines of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, family support, work-life, and safety, forming the Patient Centered Wellness Home. Each patient is expected to actively participate in developing individualized health and wellness directives and goals with their assigned team.
