Officer Evaluations System

Commander (CG PSC-RPM-1) manages the Officer Evaluations System (OES) for all IDPL officers, including officers on Active Duty for Operational Support (ADOS) or Active Duty due to mobilization, with the exception of flag officers who are managed under a separate system.

OER Submission FAQs
 
Q. Do I need a CAC to submit my OER?
A. Yes, you need to log into SharePoint to submit your OER.
 
Q. May I submit an OER for someone else?
A. Yes, you can submit for another member.
 
Q. How do I know my OER was received?
A. Upon successful submission your OER will receive a confirmation number that will appear in the My Submissions block on the top right side of the application.
 
Q. How do I know if I am a Board or Panel candidate?
A. Selection & Retention board eligibility is published via ALCGRSV message traffic, and most panels are application-based. If in doubt, please verify your status with RPM-1 Boards and Panels prior to submission.
 
Q. I am an active duty officer. Do I submit my OER here?
A.  No, Active Duty Promotion List (ADPL) officers must email their OERs to OPM-3.
 
Q. I am a Reserve Component Manager (RCM). Do I submit my OER here?
A. Yes
 
Q. How will I know when my OER has been validated?
A. The status of your OER will update during the validation process in the My Submissions block on the top right side of the application.
 
Q. Are comments required?
A. No.
 
Q. What additional files should be added?
A. Typically none, other than authorized attachments (ex: CG-5315, ROO Response). Do not attach an OSF or bullets.
 
Q. Can my unit YN enter my OER in Direct Access (DA)?
A. No. Only RPM is authorized to enter OERs in DA after validation.
