Enlisted Evaluations System

Enlisted Evaluations System

The previous Enlisted Employee Review (EER) performance standards were outdated and no longer effectively supported the myriad of human resources decisions for the active duty and reserve enlisted workforce.  The Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard and CG-1 chartered a joint work group to revise the EES in order for it to remain an effective expectations management tool (member); performance management tool (supervisor); and talent management tool (organization).

CG PSC-EPM-3 governs this system, and the changes that occurred to the performance standards (within the forms) previously referred to as Enlisted Employee Review (EER) Worksheets will now be referred to as the Enlisted Evaluation Report (EER).  These standards took effect for all evaluations on March 1, 2018
