Committed to processing timely and accurate performance evaluations to ensure appropriate advancement and assignment opportunities.                                                         

Who We Are

EPM-3 is responsible for the overall administration of the Enlisted Evaluation System (EES). We update policies, implement changes, and provide recommendations for improvements.  We also conduct quality assurance and validate 100% of all Enlisted Employee Reviews (EER) submitted.  In addition, we create and provide training on the Evaluation process, bullet writing, and provide policy clarification to members and commands.
