EP Warrant Training

Training is an important part of any environmental program and the USCG takes its commitment to training very seriously.  CG-47 offers several environmentally centered trainings that can be taken by anyone in the USCG that wishes to expand their knowledge of the environmental issues that are important to the USCG.  These courses are part of an ongoing effort by CG-47 to improve the environmental expertise and knowledge of Coast Guard active duty, civilian, and contract employees. The courses seek to provide an overview of the major environmental laws and to identify when they should be considered during daily activities, operations, project planning, and implementation.

Many of these trainings will count toward your Environmental Program Warrant.  More information on the EP Warrant Program can be found here: https://uscg.sharepoint-mil.us/sites/cg47/SitePages/CG-47-Training-Managment.aspx.
