DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR PROPOSED REBUILD OF STATION FORT MYERS BEACH AT U.S. COAST GUARD STATION FORT MYERS BEACH, FLORIDA
10/8/2020 — The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) proposes to demolish existing shore and in-water facilities and redevelop new purpose-built facilities at Station Fort Myers Beach, located in Lee County, Florida. The proposed project would include the construction of a landside Multi-Mission Building and include new parking lots, utilities, and other related infrastructure. In-water work includes replacing an existing bulkhead, replacement of existing piers with a new floating pier, and the installation of a new boat ramp.
