Facilities Design and Construction Center (FDCC)

                        

 

The Facilities Design & Construction Center (FDCC) is the only USCG command dedicated to executing new shore facilities construction and major recapitalization projects.  FDCC's primary mission is to deliver the Coast Guard's capital facility requirements through the execution of the shore PC&I program, Major Acquisition Systems Infrastructure (MASI), and other related appropriations. FDCC is responsible for all phases of project execution including planning, design, procurement contracts, and construction.
