The CEU Oakland staff consists of 90 personnel, including 16 military officers (O-6 to CWO), 62 civil servants (GS-14 to GS-6) and 12 contracted employees organized into the following sections: Asset Line Management, Planning & Real Property, Business Operations, Environmental, Regional Execution - Design Section A (Mechanical & Electrical Design) and Section B (Architectural & Civil Design), Contracting, and Regional Execution - Construction.
