Dear Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center,

My name is Tabitha Vogan and I am the Ombudsman for our command. I have been a Coast Guard spouse for the past 14 years, I have been an Ombudsman for going on 5 years and am also a Certified Ombudsman Trainer. I am here with my wonderful husband, Josh and our two awesome children. We arrived in Elizabeth City from Kodiak, Alaska in July 2019 and we are excited for our adventure here.

My goal as your Ombudsman is to make you and your family feel welcome, provide referrals to local resources, help when troubling situations arise, and be a source of aid if you need or want it for you or your family. I am here to be the link between Command and families and will do my utmost to provide this to you. Also, I invite you and your family to join the USCG Spouses' Club of Elizabeth City on Facebook (search "Coast Guard Spouses' Club of Elizabeth City, NC".) The spouses' club organizes many fun activities such as Bunco, Wine and Paint Nights, luncheons, play groups, and family movie nights. It's a great way to have fun and meet new friends.
