The questions and answers in this document are intended to help the federal workforce as it implements Small Business Administration guidance on the impact of the U.S. District Court’s July 19, 2023, decision in Ultima Servs. Corp. v. Dep’t of Ag. (E.D. Tenn.) on the 8(a) Program.
