The Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is hosting a virtual industry day focused on the National Architect and Engineering Services (A/E Services III) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract from 1-2 p.m. EDT Nov. 10, 2022.
The industry day will provide an overview of the A/E Services III procurement, features, evaluation factors, expectations and other related topics. This event is for the same requirement as market research sources sought posted to SAM.gov on March 29, 2022. The DHS Acquisition Planning Forecast System number is F2022057862. This DHS enterprisewide contract is intended to provide prompt responses on an as-needed basis for miscellaneous general A/E services including architecture, mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, geotechnical and coastal engineering services to meet the majority of DHS’s architect-engineering services needs within the 50 United States and its territories. This is a follow-on procurement to the existing National A/E Multiple Award IDIQ with a planned aggregate capacity of $1 billion over a period of 10 years. It is being re-procured early due to forecasted early use of aggregate dollar capacity of the existing contract.
This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size. The resultant contract will contain a partial small business reserve in accordance with FAR 19.502-4(a) as up to approximately four contracts will be reserved for this multiple-award procurement. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System code for this contract is 541330. The small business size standard classification for this contract is $22,500,000. Award is intended to be made to up to approximately six large businesses and up to four small businesses.
