Coast Guard Awards Contract For C-27J Aircraft Avionics Spare Parts


The Coast Guard on April 26, 2018, awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to Honeywell International Inc. of Morris Plains, New Jersey, and exercised the base-year option for avionics equipment to support its C-27J Spartan medium range surveillance aircraft. The contract has a potential value of $15 million if all four option years are exercised. The parts will support aircraft at the HC-27J Asset Project Office in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and Air Station Sacramento, California. U.S. Coast Guard photo by Lt. Scott Handlin.
