U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton’s (WMSL 753) qualified Officer of the Deck boatswain’s mates pose for a photo with Hamilton’s commanding officer, Capt. Petty Officer 1st Class Kyle Voutour, Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew Anderson, Petty Officer 2nd Class Ryan Kass, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin Figueroa earned their qualification letters, completing an advancement requirement for Chief Petty Officer. The Coast Guard’s 17th missionized HC-130J long range surveillance aircraft was delivered to Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina, on Dec. 18, 2024. The year-long missionization process was completed by L3Harris in Waco, Texas.


The Coast Guard accepted its 16th missionized HC-130J Super Hercules long range surveillance aircraft Feb. 19, 2024, from L3Harris in Waco, Texas. CGNR 2016 was delivered to Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina.


The Coast Guard accepted delivery of its 17th C-130J long range surveillance aircraft Aug. 10, 2023, from Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Marietta, Georgia. The aircraft will operate out of the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, until it undergoes missionization at L3Harris in Waco, Texas.
