The crews of the Coast Guard cutters, Joseph Napier and Heriberto Hernandez, bring equipment, like generators and supplies to the Marine Safety Detachment St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands during Hurricane Irma relief efforts, Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017 to help the unit get back up and running.
