The fast response cutter (FRC) Winslow Griesser delivers critical prescription medication to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, on Sept. 30, 2017. The San Juan, Puerto Rico-based FRC is one of 13 cutters working around the clock to bring relief to citizens of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands impacted by hurricanes Irma and Maria.
