1. This ALCGPSC announces the continued suspension of the enlisted
HYT process for active duty members described in Ch. 6 of REF (A).
2. In accordance with the FY2025 Military Workforce Planning Team
(MWPT) deliberations and REF (B), active duty enlisted members who
reach or exceed their Professional Growth Point (PGP) shall not be
separated under the HYT policy outlined in REF (A).
3. The MWPT will continuously evaluate the health of the enlisted
workforce and assess the need to execute HYT. If required,
resumption of HYT will be announced by a future ALCGPSC or ALCOAST.
