Expand Your Horizons: Join DPR-4 for Employee Engagement and Culture Outreach Events

The Employee Engagement and Culture Office (DPR-4) is excited to invite you to a variety of conferences and symposiums throughout the year. These events are designed to foster professional growth and create a more inclusive Coast Guard community.

Open to All: All active-duty personnel, civilians, reservists, and auxiliarists are encouraged to attend.

Mark Your Calendar: The next upcoming event is the Black Engineer of the Year Awards conference taking place 13-15 February 2025 in Baltimore, MD. Each year at the conference, a different military service is highlighted. This year’s event will feature the U.S. Coast Guard.
