About the Program

The DHS Leader Development Program (LDP) is currently being restructured into DHS Leader Effectiveness. At this time, the Continuous Supervisory Leader Development (12/12) is no longer an annual requirement. Self-certification of your 12/12 via CG OWL Course # 502801 is also no longer required.

As the program framework is built, resources for competency development will be shared here to ensure leaders are equipped to drive strong mission performance through training and development options that build essential leadership skills at all levels.
