How do I request a new capability to meet mission needs during COVID-19?

The IT & Teleworking Capability Request Team is working to rapidly evaluate and recommend IT solutions to meet mission needs for the Coast Guard during COVID-19. If your request is related to business process changes connected to COVID-19, please make it known in your request by one of the following steps: First, take a look in our existing approved Service Catalog called ESUIT. If you find a capability that meets your needs, please complete the ICS-213RR form and route your request through your chain of command up to your Flag. Submit completed form to ITQuestions@uscg.mil.

Second, take a look at collaboration tools approved by the Department of Defense.  

Third, if you haven’t found what you need complete a Special Use Information Technology (SUIT) Request (CG-2180), and submit the completed form to ITQuestions@uscg.mil
